Hello!
When we announced the wedding of DI’s Manager, Sarah to James last year on Sunday 25th April 2010, little did we know that they would become a celebrity couple to be featured in the Hello! Magazine.
The staff and clients at DI couldn’t believe their eyes when flicking through the magazine to see a picture of Sarah and James staring back at them.
As we were the first to report, the wedding was not without its nerve-wracking moments! All the careful planning in the world could not account for the volcanic ash debacle which nearly prevented Sarah’s father from flying in from Spain to give his daughter away. Neither could James’ best friend, Simon, have planned to have a baby at the time the wedding day was announced which prevented him from being Best Man.
However, everything worked out well in the end with Sarah’s father walking her down the aisle and Simons’ girlfriend giving birth to a baby daughter, Chloe.
James felt impelled to write to Hello! and account for the challenges they had overcome for the big day. Hello! obviously thought so too and featured them, quite rightly we believe.
