At DI we offer a range of activities specifically designed to enhance wellbeing and health including:
Classes provide gentle stretching and relaxation exercises to improve your posture and flexibility tailored to meet your individual needs and disability. This course is run by a trained Yoga tutor and is suitable for wheelchair and ambulant clients. Additional staff assistance and volunteer support provided as required.
Chill out and relax and learn different relaxation techniques that can be used anywhere and at any time to help reduce stress and tension.
Relax and enjoy an individual session from a trained therapist. Choice includes Indian Head Massage, Reflexology or Holistic Massage. These activities are subject to availability.

Go on ….. feel good about yourself! Enjoy being pampered, have a mini facial, have your nails done or enjoy a relaxing massage.
