How can we support you?

Welcome to DI. Formed in 1975, DI is a specialist provider of services and support for disabled adults with complex physical disabilities and/or acquired brain injuries .

Following an initial assessment, an individual support plan is created which details your particular needs. Together we will identify your goals and choice of programme along with any respite requirements.

DI is open for its core services from Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm. Attendance varies from half a day to 5 days per week for ongoing individual programmes or occasional respite and includes some evening activities. Sessions can also be booked on an individual basis.

If you are interested in finding out more about the services and support we offer at DI or the backing we provide those that care for disabled adults, or would like to arrange a visit or to discuss our referral process please contact us.
